# Calvin - your AI agent for help with Capitech

Calvin is the AI agent for help in Capitech Flow. Calvin is available to managers, superusers, and other users who have access to Flow. Calvin is not available in My Capitech.

## What is Calvin?

Calvin is an AI agent that can help you in Capitech Flow.

You can ask Calvin questions and get help based on the information and features available to you in Flow.

## Who can use Calvin?

Calvin can be used by anyone with a user account in **Capitech Flow**.

This usually includes:

-   managers
-   superusers
-   administrators
-   other users with access to Flow

## Who cannot use Calvin?

Calvin is not available in **My Capitech**.

This means that employees who only have access to My Capitech cannot use Calvin.

## Where can you find Calvin?

You can find Calvin in the bottom-right corner of **Capitech Flow**. You can move the box around the screen as needed. The feature is enabled for all customers and cannot be switched on or off in Flow.
