# Logging in with Microsoft

If your organization has enabled Microsoft login, you can log in to Capitech Flow and My Capitech with your work account. You do not need separate login credentials for the solution.

## What is Microsoft login?

Microsoft login means that your organization uses **Single Sign-On (SSO)** with Microsoft.

This allows you to log in to **Capitech Flow** or **My Capitech** using the same Microsoft account you use at work.

Microsoft login may be set up through **Microsoft Entra ID**, formerly called **Azure AD**.

## How do you log in with Microsoft?

1.  Open **Capitech Flow** or **My Capitech**.
2.  Click **Log in with Microsoft** on the login page.
3.  Log in with your Microsoft account if you are not already logged in.
4.  You will be redirected and logged in.

## Who can use Microsoft login?

You can use Microsoft login if your organization has enabled the feature.

If the feature has not been enabled for your organization, you will not see the Microsoft button on the login page.

## What are the benefits of Microsoft login?

Microsoft login makes it easier to log in.

You use the same account you already use at work and will often not need separate login credentials for the solution.

If you are already logged in with Microsoft, the login process is usually faster.

## Why can’t you see the Microsoft button?
