Here is a short summary: - Plan - New, more flexible solution for notification of AML violations - Hours - Create absence from hours - Menus - Custom links - Competence - Client settings for Plan - Terminals - Manage terminals and registration setup Read more below for further info, improvements, and bug fixes. The version became available to all cloud customers in October 2026. ## **New functionality** #### Warning for AML violations We have created a new, more flexible and comprehensive solution for warning of Arbeidsmiljlølov (AML) violations, initially supporting a new concept for hours in Operational Plan. In upcoming versions, this will be expanded with support for Shift rotations and dedicated AML rules for registered work hours. The purpose is to make it easy to enter custom agreements / exceptions for individual employees, groups of employees, employees belonging to specific departments, or the entire company in accordance with relevant agreements with union representatives, trade unions, or dispensations from Arbeidstilsynet. The new expanded solution is found under the menu Admin - Time - AML. Existing rules from Client Settings - Plan have been transferred here - including any customizations made per client. Standard WEA notifications included for schedules are: - Max hours per day - Max hours per week - Minimum hours between shifts (rest period) - Weekly long rest period ![](https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/223af2d2-91c6-475c-9a94-3302b224443e) ![](https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/d8c1ff29-af1b-4248-8223-3d2831c6e9cf) In the example, a custom rule has been added for a maximum of 10 hours per day based on a collective agreement with a trade union (averaging of working hours, but not exceeding 10 hours per day in the example). #### ## **Improvements** #### Hours - Create absence You can now create absence directly from a time registration or missing attendance. Click the three dots and select the absence icon to register absence. New absence opens with pre-filled employee and department, just select the absence code and save. ![](https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/3e639402-ead7-4391-964c-25ab55bec76e) #### **Menus - Custom links** You can now create, edit, and delete custom links under Admin - Security - Custom links. (Mapping is set up in Admin - Integrations - Mapping) #### **Plan - Adjust shift time - Smarter suggestion for number of hours** If you change the start and/or end time of a shift, the number of hours will now be suggested with a change corresponding to the difference between the original and adjusted times also for shifts with a break (Number of hours is less than hours between start and end time) Example of shift from 1500 - 2300 and 7.5h ![](https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/c3e95540-cbc1-440d-8b33-9e6298e4beb9) #### **Competence - Client settings Plan** You can now view and change settings for how competence should be handled on shifts in the roster module. This can also be controlled as desired per user under My settings - Display of dimensions - Pay type #### **Admin - Terminals** You can now maintain settings for terminals and registration setups in Flow, so you do not need the old Classic Time application. Available for API users with access to the employee API. Here you can retrieve positions for one or more employees, only positions valid as of today, or also include historical ones. ## **Bug fixes** **Plan | Display of KPI's** Fixed a bug where using custom sorting caused a slight displacement in the display of key figures in the lower section. #### **Plan | Find replacement worker** Adjusted so that the top of the image and buttons always remain on the screen when scrolling through employees #### **Plan | Assign shift** Adjusted so that the top of the image and buttons always remain on the screen when scrolling through employees #### **Plan | Shift swap** Fixed a bug where absence the day before or after a shift could block the completion of a shift swap, even if the absence hours did not overlap with the shifts.
