Select your view in Hours

In Hours, you can use options, filters, and search to control which time registrations are displayed.

You can, for example:

  • select a period or employee
  • show approved or not approved registrations
  • show absence
  • show registrations with warnings
  • search in columns
  • save custom filters

Choose how you want to view the registrations

Use period view when you want to see time registrations for multiple employees in a selected period. You can choose today, yesterday, this week, or a specific date. Month and year are not available as there would be too many registrations, which could slow down the view.

Use employee view when you want to see time registrations for one employee. You can choose today, yesterday, this week, this month, this year, or a specific time period. You can display up to one year at a time.

Selecting all shows both approved and unapproved time registrations.

Selecting approved shows only approved time registrations.

Selevting not approved shows only time registrations that are not approved.

Missing attendance shows employees who are missing registered hours or absence in the period, even if they were supposed to be at work.

Shows absence in the search result for the selected period or employee. Absences are displayed as red rows in the overview.

Shows only time registrations with warnings, for example, overtime or missing clock-in or clock-out times.

Create custom filters only for your user. This makes it easier if you frequently use the same options in Hours.

The filter icon is located at the top right, next to the approval button.

Search in columns

You can search directly in the columns by entering part of a name or employee number.

You can also sort the content in ascending or descending order by using the up or down arrow in the column headings.
