Employee integration from Simployer One to Capitech Flow
What is Simployer One employee integration?
The Simployer One employee integration allows employees registered in Simployer One to be transferred to Capitech Flow.
This means you do not need to create and maintain all employees manually in Capitech Flow, as long as the information is correctly registered in Simployer One.
The integration can be used to create new employees and update existing employees in Capitech Flow.
When are employees synchronized?
Employees are synchronized automatically once a day.
The scheduled synchronization normally runs at 04:00.
If you have made changes in Simployer One and do not want to wait until the next night, you can start the synchronization manually in Capitech Flow.
How to start synchronization manually
When you are logged in to Capitech Flow, go to:
Admin > Integrations > Simployer One
Click Fetch employees.
Capitech Flow will then fetch employees from Simployer One and determine whether employees should be created or updated in Capitech Flow.
Important information about employee numbers
The employee number is very important in the employee integration.
When you create an employee in Simployer One, you must change the employee number to the correct value immediately.
This should be done before the automatic synchronization runs at 04:00.
If the correct employee number has not been entered before the synchronization runs, the employee may be transferred to Capitech Flow with the wrong employee number.
Why can the employee number be incorrect?
Simployer One may suggest an employee number automatically, often starting from 1 and increasing.
If you do not change this to the correct employee number before synchronization, the suggested number may be transferred to Capitech Flow.
You should therefore always check the employee number in Simployer One before the employee is synchronized to Capitech Flow.
Recommended workflow when creating a new employee
- Create the employee in Simployer One.
- Enter the correct employee number immediately.
- Check that the name, email address, national identity number, start date, and any end date are correct.
- Wait for the automatic synchronization at 04:00, or go to Admin > Integrations > Simployer One in Capitech Flow and click Fetch employees.
- Check that the employee has been created or updated in Capitech Flow.
