Balances in My Capitech

Under Balance in My Capitech, you can view your vacation balance and, if applicable, your flexitime balance. You can see both summaries and details for vacation, flexitime, and changes to your balances.

What can you find under Balance?

Under the menu Balance, you can see:

your vacation balance
your flexitime balance, if you have a flexitime agreement
a summary of your balances
detailed flexitime transactions
vacation taken and planned vacation

Flexitime

If you have a flexitime agreement, you can view your flexitime balance under Balance and the tab Flexitime.

Summary

The summary shows your current flexitime balance.

Transactions

Transactions show hours added to or deducted from your flexitime account. These may include hours you have accrued or hours deducted from your balance.

Vacation

Under the vacation tab, you can see an overview of your vacation days for the current year.

Vacation balance summary

The vacation balance summary shows how many vacation days you have.

Vacation used and planned vacation

Vacation days used and planned vacation days shows each date on which vacation has been taken or is planned.

Why hasn’t my time off been deducted from my balance?

Future time off is only deducted from your balance once your manager has approved the application.
