SSB Self-certified Absence (RA-0182)
What is the SSB Self-certified Absence report?
SSB Self-certified Absence is a standard statistical report in Capitech Flow.
You can find it under the absence reports. It retrieves data about self-certified sick leave for the period you select.
The report supports quarterly reporting to Statistics Norway (SSB) through Altinn.
What does the report show?
The report follows Statistics Norway form RA-0182 and shows:
- the number of people with self-certified sick leave during the quarter
- the total number of self-certifications during the quarter
- lost working days and workdays broken down by gender
Each employee with self-certified sick leave is counted only once per quarter.
What must be registered correctly?
For the report to provide the correct data, self-certified sick leave must be registered correctly in Capitech Flow.
You should also check that gender has been selected for each employee in the employee register, as the report breaks down the figures by gender.
If gender is missing for any employees, the report data may be incomplete or distributed incorrectly.
Suggested procedure
- Use the standard report in Flow: Generate the quarterly SSB Self-certified Absence report and check that all pre-filled data is correct, especially gender.
- Log in to Altinn, find the SSB Self-certified Absence (RA-0182) form, and enter the data manually.
- Submit the form.
Does Capitech Flow automatically send the report to Statistics Norway?
No. The report in Capitech Flow provides the figures, but you must enter and submit the form manually in Altinn.
