The Admin menu
The Admin section in the main menu in Capitech Flow contains options and features commonly used by superusers, managers, HR, or payroll staff. The content of the Admin menu depends on your permissions and the modules your organization uses.
What is the Admin menu?
Admin is the main menu in Capitech Flow where you can find settings, registers, and administrative features.
Here you can find menu options for, among others:
- employees
- departments
- projects
- duties
- employee groups
- client settings
- payroll export
- other administrative registers and setups
The options you see may vary from company to company.
Why do you see different options in Admin?
The content of the Admin menu depends on:
- the permissions assigned to each user in Capitech Flow
- the modules enabled for your organization
- the setup used by your organization
- your role, such as manager, superuser, HR, or payroll staff
This means that two people in the same organization may see different options under Admin.
Who uses the Admin menu?
The Admin menu is normally used by people who are responsible for setup, maintenance, or control in Capitech Flow.
This may include:
- superusers
- HR
- payroll
If you are missing an option in Admin
If you cannot find an option under Admin, you may not have the required permissions, or the relevant module may not be enabled for your organization.
