Simployer Capitech - Version 15.60

This version contains a number of new functionalities, improvements, and some bug fixes. The version became available to all cloud customers at the end of March 2026.

New functionality

Geolocation
New solution where one can create geographical locations and allow employees to register time at these in Min Capitech. E.g., Head office, branch offices, etc.

Possibility to define that some employees can only register time in Min Capitech when they are at one of the company's locations.

Create locations

Access
Within employee settings, one can, if needed, define that time registration in Min Capitech is only available within locations.

Min Capitech
Automatic location on time registration in Min Capitech

Activation
of new dimension Location and possibly automatic filling of location in Min Capitech is done in Admin - Client Settings in the Dimensions tab.

Register Location
makes the new dimension location available in Flow and Min Capitech. Locations are created in the menu option Admin - Dimensions - Location.

Activate geolocation
means Min Capitech will ask for permission to retrieve the user's position when registering time to automatically fill in the location on time registration.

Operational Plan | Colors from multiple sources
Now supports colors from shift type, competence, and free dimension 1 and 2
Colors are set on dimensions under the Admin - Plan and Admin - Dimensions menu

In the example in the image, it is easy to see when ”Type” Job on a day off or Extra Time / Overtime is specified

Base Plan | Colors
You can now activate the display of colors in the Base Plan
Can choose colors from Shift Type, Competence, Free Dimension 1 and 2

Improvements

Employee Groups | Automation
You can now add future membership in an employee group from a specific date and specify that existing membership in an employee group should be removed from a specific date.

Employee Groups | Change Log Report
A new report, Employee Group - Change Log, has been made available, showing a log of all changes in employee groups for the selected period and employees. The report can be found in Report Center - Request.

Min Capitech | Warning about negative holiday balance
If you apply for leave that will result in a negative holiday balance, you will receive a warning about this.

Operational Plan | Interest in available shifts
You can now see if there is interest in available shifts without opening Find Substitute
The number of people with registered interest is shown in a blue circle. If it is over 9, it shows 9+

Plan | Add Employees
The Add Employees and Cancel buttons are now always visible at the bottom of the page, so you don't have to scroll down to the end of the employee list.

Hours | Warning about changed time
You now receive a notification if the time on a terminal registration has been changed

Hours | Remember absence display
If you activate the display of absence in Hours, this will now be remembered in the browser until you turn it off again.

Absence | More info on rejected absence applications
For rejected applications, it now shows who and when rejected the application.

Absence Export | Export new absences
If you have run an absence export, then later received several new absences and run File Export new absences, the status of these absences is now automatically set to exported with date and time and status as deviation / new absence.

Reports | Sickness absence statistics per gender
This has been rewritten and is now significantly faster. In a given test scenario with a relatively large volume of absences, we have seen an improvement from 34 seconds to under two seconds.

Bug fixes

Flexitime | Work only before normal working hours
Fixed an error that could occur if only working hours entirely before normal working hours start were registered, and no working hours within or after normal working hours.

Absence | Holiday day
For absences that are not of the holiday type, the option to change holiday day from No to Yes has now been removed.

Absence | Self-certification after leave
Adjusted warning about missing entitlement to self-certification now does not apply if a leave of 14 days or more is not 100%. You will now not receive a warning for self-certification after, for example, a 50% leave of two weeks.

Users | Copy user
Fixed an error that in some cases could result in an error message when copying a user.

• Plan - access
  Fixed an error where some users with limited access were redirected to the login window when opening Operational Plan or Basic Plan.

Update 15.60.2

• Simployer One - Employee integration
  Adjustment to transfer all employees and not just the standard 100 employees from the Simployer One API in employee integration to Capitech.

• Employee register
  Fixed an error that could cause managers with limited access to be redirected to the login window when accessing an employee.

• Hours
  Fixed an error that could cause a shift in time registration to be cleared when editing a time registration with an inactive shift in Flow hours.
