CAIA - Capitech AI
Capitech AI is a new solution currently in a pilot phase and is being rolled out gradually to all customers.
What can Capitech AI be used for?
Capitech AI can be used to find and compile information about hours and absence quickly and easily.
Examples include:
- getting an overview of hours and overtime
- gathering information for internal status meetings
- viewing working hours over time
- presenting data in tables or charts
- making it easier for managers to assess the situation
Capitech AI is designed to support decision-making. This means that the service can provide information and an overview, but you are still responsible for assessing the situation and making decisions.
Data security
The AI service is designed to ensure that each user can only access data and perform actions covered by their access and permissions.
Transparency and information
It is made clear when an AI service is being used.
Documentation has been prepared explaining what the service does and which risk category it belongs to.

AI documentation
As an employer using AI services, you will be required to document their risk category and what they are used for.

Capitech AI has been assessed as an AI service in the limited-risk category.
The service:
- understands questions
- compiles data
- presents information in tables and charts
- provides managers with information for their own assessments
The service:
- does not make decisions on behalf of the employer
- does not perform actions on behalf of the employer
- does not change rights
- does not affect individuals
Capitech has deliberately designed the service so that it is not classified as a high-risk AI service.
